Healthcare Summarizer Job Overview – Pune
Core Clinical Services is hiring 10 Healthcare Summarizers to support US medical record review and clinical documentation projects. Selected candidates will work with structured medical records and prepare accurate summaries used in litigation, insurance, and healthcare decision-making.
This is a full-time, permanent, work-from-office role in Pune.
Key Responsibilities – Healthcare Summarizer
- Review and analyze US medical records and clinical documents
- Identify and extract key clinical details, diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes
- Prepare structured medical summaries and chronologies
- Extract information related to injuries, procedures, medications, and PHI
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client-specific formats
- Use MS Word and follow internal quality and compliance standards
- Maintain attention to detail while meeting project timelines
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Qualification: B.Pharm
- Experience: Fresher
- Graduation Year: 2025 graduates only
- Strong understanding of medical and clinical terminology
- Good written English communication skills
- Willingness to learn US medical documentation standards
- Must be Pune-based or ready to relocate immediately
- Comfortable with office-based, service-oriented work
