Key Responsibilities
As an Executive – QA (QMS), the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing Change Control processes as per GMP requirements
- Handling deviations, investigations, and root cause analysis
- Preparing, reviewing, and implementing CAPA
- Ensuring GMP compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards
- Maintaining and updating QMS documentation (SOPs, records, logs)
- Supporting internal and external audits and inspections
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain quality systems
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.Pharm or M.Pharm (mandatory)
- Experience: 4–5 years in Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance (QMS)
- Hands-on experience in Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, and Compliance
- Strong knowledge of GMP, QMS, and regulatory documentation
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred
