🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality audits on E/M OP medical coding reports
- Ensure compliance with CMS, CPT, ICD-10-CM, and payer guidelines
- Review AWV (Annual Wellness Visits) and TCM (Transitional Care Management) charts
- Identify coding errors and provide constructive feedback to coders
- Maintain QA metrics, audit reports, and documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and compliance standards
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
- Certified Medical Coder (CPC / CCS or equivalent – mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in E/M OP coding
- At least 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst
- Strong working knowledge of AWV and TCM coding
- Immediate joiners preferred
