🔬 About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will support revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging with clients across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and research sectors, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. You will work closely with technical and scientific teams to deliver value-driven solutions to clients.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends
- Identify, qualify, and convert sales leads using cold-calling, networking, and digital outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharma, biotech, and research institutions
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure
- Develop in-depth product and service knowledge and present compelling value propositions
- Collaborate with technical, scientific, and marketing teams for client solutions
- Track sales KPIs, prepare reports, and share insights with management
🎓 Qualifications & Eligibility
- B.Tech in Biotechnology OR
- Master’s degree in Biotechnology
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Interest in biotech sales, scientific services, and business strategy
