Key Responsibilities
Quality Control – Pilot Plant Operator
- Support routine QC testing and pilot plant activities
- Assist in sample preparation, documentation, and log maintenance
- Follow GLP and GMP guidelines
- Support analysts during method execution and validation activities
Production – Operator
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
- Execute production activities as per SOPs and batch manufacturing records
- Maintain cleanroom discipline and safety compliance
- Support line clearance and shift-based production operations
Eligibility & Qualifications
- B.Sc graduates (Chemistry / Life Sciences preferred) for QC roles
- ITI or Diploma holders for Production roles
- Freshers with basic pharma knowledge encouraged to apply
- Willingness to work in shift operations
- Strong attention to compliance, safety, and documentation
