🏭 Key Responsibilities – Executive IPQA
As an Executive – IPQA at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring cGMP compliance across manufacturing and packaging shop floors
- Supervising dispensing activities in manufacturing and packing areas
- Performing machine and area clearance before batch execution
- Conducting in-process checks, reserve sampling, and stability sampling as per BPR and protocols
- Reviewing online documentation including:
- Batch Manufacturing & Packaging Records
- Equipment logbooks
- Environmental monitoring records
- Calibration and housekeeping records
- Calibration of IPQA instruments
- Reviewing and releasing batches after evaluation of in-process and finished product COA
- Monitoring aseptic behavior and practices of operators during aseptic GMP batches
- Participating in deviations, investigations, and CAPA implementation
- Providing GMP and QA training to shop floor personnel
- Maintaining IPQA documentation in a continuous audit-ready state

🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Science)
- Experience: 2–4 years in IPQA for injectable manufacturing
- Prior exposure to regulated pharmaceutical environments is preferred
