Job Overview – Case Processing Executive
- Job Title: Case Processing Executive
- Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra
- Shift: Fixed US Night Shift
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Experience Required: 0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally
- Follow up on medical reports and case documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely case processing
- Maintain accurate records and case updates in internal systems
- Ensure compliance with quality and process standards
- Deliver consistent customer support in a healthcare process environment
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduates or Undergraduates from any discipline
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
- Willingness to work in a US night shift
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary & Incentives
- CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month
- In-hand Salary: ₹20,475
- Monthly Incentives: Up to ₹7,000 (performance-based)
