🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, standardization, and global implementation of Demand & Replenishment Planning (DRP) processes in SAP S/4HANA.
- Act as an internal process consultant, promoting global best practices in supply chain and DRP optimization.
- Analyze DRP performance using defined KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support global supply chain transformation and optimization projects, including system rollouts.
- Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and documentation for DRP processes.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and support Super User and End User communities.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience in global supply chain environments with cross-functional and cross-regional exposure.
- Core Skills:
- Strong expertise in SAP DRP / SAP S/4HANA
- Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills
- Change management in global matrix organizations
⭐ Preferred / Advantageous Skills
- Expert-level knowledge of Demand & Replenishment Planning in SAP
- APICS or other supply chain certifications
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
