📌 Job Role & Responsibilities – Senior Clinical Research Associate
As a Senior CRA, you will independently manage clinical trial operations from initiation to close-out while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate clinical trials from study start-up to study close-out
- Maintain essential trial documents (protocols, IBs, ICFs, amendments)
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and internal SOPs
- Prepare and submit documents to regulatory authorities and ethics committees
- Manage investigational products, trial supplies, and study materials
- Support site feasibility, selection, initiation, and activation
- Act as the primary point of contact for investigators, sites, CROs, and vendors
- Organize clinical meetings, prepare MOMs, and track action items
- Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) in an audit-ready state
- Support audits, inspections, and internal quality reviews
- Mentor junior clinical team members (CTAs/CRAs)

🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, Nursing, or related fields
- Master’s degree in life sciences or healthcare is an added advantage
Experience Requirements
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in clinical research or clinical operations
- Prior experience as a CRA, CTA, or similar clinical research role
- Ability to manage multiple studies independently
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and global clinical research regulations
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
