🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable synthetic routes for APIs and intermediates
- Optimize chemical reactions to improve yield and reduce impurities
- Troubleshoot process deviations and scale-up challenges
- Maintain accurate experimental records and R&D reports
- Collaborate with Analytical R&D for method development and impurity profiling
- Support technology transfer and pilot/plant scale-up activities
🎓 Eligibility & Skills
- M.Sc in Organic Chemistry / Chemistry from a recognized university
- 0–5 years of experience in API or intermediates R&D
- Strong understanding of organic synthesis and reaction mechanisms
- Knowledge of GMP documentation and lab safety practices
- Good analytical thinking and team collaboration skills
