Key Responsibilities
- Execute synthetic organic chemistry and analytical method development
- Perform compound purification using Prep-HPLC
- Conduct LC-MS analysis and data interpretation
- Maintain accurate laboratory documentation in compliance with CRO standards
- Support drug discovery programs from hit identification to lead optimization
- Mentor junior scientists (for senior roles) and contribute to project leadership
Qualifications & Experience
For Junior Roles
- Qualification: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry
- Experience: 1–2 years in a CRO / Discovery Research environment
For Senior Roles
- Qualification: M.Sc / Ph.D / Post-Doctorate (Organic or Analytical Chemistry)
- Experience: 3–15 years in CRO-based discovery research
Skills Required
- Strong hands-on experience in organic synthesis
- Expertise in Prep-HPLC and LC-MS
- Knowledge of drug discovery workflows
- Familiarity with GLP / laboratory compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
