🔹 Key Responsibilities – Quality Control
- Perform analysis such as Assay, Dissolution, CU, BU, and RC tests
- Operate and troubleshoot HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, KF Titrator, PSD
- Handle OOS, OOT, and laboratory investigations with effective CAPA
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, GDP, and ALCOA+ data integrity
- Review audit trails and prepare technical documentation
- Manage shift activities and ensure timely output
🔹 Key Responsibilities – Manufacturing (OSD)
- Granulation, Coating, Compression, Capsules, and Bottle Packing
- Operate RMG, FBE, FETTE, Auto Coaters, and Bottle Packing lines
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and quality standards
- Maintain documentation and batch records
