🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize oral solid dosage formulations for regulated markets (US & EU)
- Conduct prototype formulation, scale-up, and technology transfer activities
- Prepare and review product development reports and technical documentation
- Perform troubleshooting during formulation and process development
- Support ANDA/MAA filing activities with complete CMC documentation
- Collaborate with analytical, QA, and manufacturing teams
🔹 Eligibility & Qualifications
- M.Pharm / B.Pharm in Pharmaceutics or relevant discipline
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in formulation development of OSD
- Exposure to US FDA & EU regulatory guidelines
- Strong understanding of QbD concepts and excipient compatibility
- Good analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
