1️⃣ Production Operator – OSD Manufacturing
Qualification: Diploma / ITI
Experience: 2–5 Years
Department: Production (Oral Solid Dosage & Liquid Filling)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Sachet Filling (Six-Track), Capsule Filling & Liquid Filling machines
- Execute Dry/Wet Granulation and formulation processes
- Perform filling, compression, and visual inspection activities
- Maintain BPR, BMR, logbooks, and GMP documentation
- Ensure equipment cleaning, line clearance, and area hygiene
- Report incidents, deviations, and compliance observations
- Support routine manufacturing under cGMP and USFDA standards
Expected Skills:
- Hands-on experience in OSD equipment operation
- Understanding of GMP documentation practices
- Exposure to regulated pharmaceutical production

2️⃣ Engineering Executive / Technician

Experience: 0–2 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor Water Plant systems
- Maintain HVAC systems and cleanroom utilities
- Handle Boiler operations and preventive maintenance
- Perform breakdown maintenance in manufacturing areas
- Support equipment qualification readiness and uptime
- Ensure compliance with safety and engineering SOPs
Expected Skills:
- Knowledge of utility systems in pharma manufacturing
- Exposure to preventive maintenance practices
- Basic understanding of engineering documentation
