🔬 Key Responsibilities – F&D Executive
The selected candidate will play a critical role in formulation research and development activities and documentation aligned with global regulatory standards.
Core Responsibilities:
- Prepare formulation justification reports using scientific literature and pharmacopeial references.
- Conduct detailed literature searches for:
- API compatibility
- Excipient selection
- Stability data
- Process parameters
- Compile and review technical documentation supporting product development.
- Provide scientific rationale for formulation design strategies.
- Support formula and process optimization.
- Ensure documentation compliance with internal SOPs.
- Share development updates and justification documents with the UK team.
- Address technical queries with proper scientific documentation.
- Monitor development milestones and maintain status reports.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Participate in cross-functional and global development meetings.
