Key Responsibilities
As a Drug Safety Executive at Fidelity Health Services, you will be responsible for:
- Case Processing: Managing duplicate checks, book-in, and case management in the Oracle Argus Safety Database.
- Data Accuracy: Ensuring the correctness of data as per source documents and standard operating procedures.
- Data Entry and Quality Review: Performing data entry and quality review of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in Oracle Argus Safety.
- Data Correction: Identifying and correcting data discrepancies in ICSRs during signal reports, health hazard assessment reports (HHA), routine signal reviews, post-process quality checks (PPQC), and FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS) reviews.
- Literature Case Handling: Processing scientific literature cases and ensuring timely follow-up of safety cases.
- Action Item Generation: Generating action items in Argus for further processing and resolution.
