📋 Key Responsibilities – Regulatory Affairs Officer (Legal)
This Regulatory Affairs Officer job in Ahmedabad includes:
1️⃣ Licensing & Permissions
- Product Permission applications
- COPP (Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product) submissions
- FSC (Free Sale Certificate) processing
- Product registration and lifecycle management
- License renewals
2️⃣ Legal Documentation & Agreements
- Drafting undertakings and declarations
- Preparing and reviewing third-party agreements
- Ensuring compliance with Drugs & Cosmetics Act
- Verifying documentation before authority submission
3️⃣ Regulatory Compliance
- Acting as internal compliance checkpoint
- Reducing regulatory queries and rejections
- Maintaining 100% adherence to current pharma laws
4️⃣ Authority Liaising
- Coordination with drug regulatory authorities
- Follow-ups for approvals and renewals
- Managing compliance clarifications
Professionals with hands-on experience in COPP and FSC handling will be highly preferred.
