Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead Generation & Sales
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through research and networking.
- Conduct outreach activities to generate business opportunities in the pharma and biotech sector.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and quotations.
🔹 Client Engagement
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements for BA/BE studies and clinical trials.
- Provide tailored solutions aligned with CRO services.
🔹 Sales Presentations & Reporting
- Prepare compelling sales presentations.
- Track sales pipeline and performance metrics.
- Submit regular sales activity reports to management.
🔹 Feasibility & Clinical Coordination
- Run feasibility assessments of BA/BE studies and clinical trials.
- Coordinate with the technical team.
- Maintain feasibility trackers and documentation.
🔹 CRM & Market Research
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor analysis, and CRO market dynamics.
Educational Qualification
- M.Pharm or B.Pharm (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of:
- BA/BE studies
- Clinical trial feasibility
- Pharma sales and CRO operations
Required Experience
- 3 to 5 years in:
- Pharma business development
- Clinical research coordination
- CRO sales or client servicing
- Feasibility analysis of clinical studies
