- Actively perform responsibilities as a Training Coordinator for EmTIMS software.
Change Control Management
- Initiate, log, assess, and track change control processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for change control review and approval.
- Maintain documentation and compile data for quality tracking.
Quality Monitoring & Reporting
- Escalate delays in initial review timelines exceeding 30 days.
- Report delays and updates during Quality Management Review (QMR) meetings.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual trending reports related to change control.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with CFT teams, including:
- Regulatory Affairs (RA)
- Quality Assurance (QA)
- Pharmacovigilance (PV)
- Supply Chain
- Customer Service
- Operations
- Track action items and ensure timely closure of change control activities.
Required Qualifications
