Key Responsibilities
The Study Personnel – Bioanalytical Laboratory role focuses on method development, regulatory compliance, and scientific data integrity.
1. Bioanalytical Method Development & Validation
- Develop and validate bioanalytical methods for biological matrices.
- Perform sample analysis using validated analytical methods.
- Troubleshoot challenges during method development and validation.
2. Data Integrity & Documentation
- Maintain accurate raw data records and laboratory logbooks.
- Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance during bioanalytical studies.
- Review calibration and maintenance records of instruments.
3. Quality Compliance
- Ensure adherence to GLP standards and quality guidelines.
- Follow regulatory frameworks including OECD, USFDA, and ICH guidelines.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives in laboratory practices.
4. Safety & Laboratory Practices
- Follow Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines.
- Maintain safe operations within the laboratory environment.
- Ensure completion of mandatory training related to data integrity and safety.
5. Collaboration & Communication
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and offshore clients.
- Communicate scientific results and observations effectively.
Required Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- M.Sc. in Life Sciences / Analytical Chemistry / Biotechnology
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Analysis or relevant specialization)
Experience
Candidates should have experience in:
- Bioanalytical method development and validation
- Sample analysis in biological matrices
- Extraction techniques such as protein precipitation, liquid-liquid extraction, and solid-phase extraction
Technical Skills
Experience with analytical instruments including:
- LC-MS/MS
- HPLC / UPLC
- Gas Chromatography (GC)
- pH meters
- Micropipette calibration and usage
Knowledge of bioanalytical regulatory guidelines such as OECD, USFDA, and ICH is highly desirable.

Salary and Benefits
Estimated salary range for this role in Bengaluru:
- ₹4,50,000 – ₹7,00,000 per year (INR) depending on experience.
