Key Responsibilities – QC Executive (Pharma)
- Perform charging and withdrawal of stability samples as per approved protocols
- Conduct analysis of stability and finished product samples
- Prepare reports following ALCOA principles and data integrity guidelines
- Handle instruments like HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, Dissolution Apparatus, pH meter, Balance, Sonicator
- Maintain instrument calibration, usage logs, and preventive maintenance
- Ensure compliance with GDP (Good Documentation Practices) and data integrity policies
- Manage stability chambers and tracking systems
- Follow all SOPs related to QA, QC, and CQA
- Prepare quality documents including stability protocols and summary reports
- Participate in internal and external training programs
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Experience: 4–6 years in pharmaceutical quality control (tablets & capsules)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Stability testing in pharma
- Analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, UV)
- ALCOA, GDP, and data integrity compliance
