Key Responsibilities
Candidates applying for injectable manufacturing jobs in Gujarat will be responsible for:
- Production planning and execution in sterile manufacturing
- Handling change control, deviation management, and line clearance
- Operation of autoclaves (terminal sterilization and components)
- Managing aseptic and controlled area operations
- Documentation as per GMP guidelines
- Experience in SVP and LVP manufacturing processes
- Equipment handling including:
- Steam sterilizers
- Vial washing machines
- Filling and capping lines
- Performing CIP/SIP processes and vessel operations
Required Skills
- Strong experience in injectable / parenteral / sterile manufacturing
- Hands-on experience in:
- Vial washing and filling
- Compounding processes
- Aseptic filling and control area operations
- Knowledge of GMP documentation and regulatory compliance
Eligibility Criteria
For Executive Roles
- M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc
- 2–7 years in injectable production or sterile manufacturing
For Assistant Roles
- B.Sc / D.Pharm / ITI
- 2–7 years in bulk manufacturing or aseptic filling
