Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate E/M outpatient coding based on medical records
- Ensure compliance with E/M coding guidelines and regulations
- Review clinical documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Assign appropriate CPT, ICD, and modifiers
- Maintain coding quality and productivity standards
- Collaborate with healthcare providers for documentation clarification
Required Qualifications
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent certification
