- GMP documentation (GDP compliance)
- Handling regulatory audits (USFDA, MHRA, TOA)
- Calibration and verification of weighing balances
2. Production Inspection (Tablet/Capsule)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating automatic inspection machines
- Manual visual inspection of tablets & capsules
- Line clearance and batch record maintenance
- Basic QMS knowledge
- Handling online training systems
3. Packing & Processing (Executive/Technical Staff)
Experience: 1–4 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc / Diploma
Key Responsibilities:
- Line supervision and manpower allocation
- GMP, GDP, and ALCOA+ compliance
- Documentation, CAPA, SOP handling
- Machine operation, cleaning, and changeover
- In-process checks and deviation handling
- Safety (EHS) and equipment calibration
- Ensuring productivity and quality output
🎓 Required Qualifications
