- Minimum 2+ years of experience
- Manager – Medical Coding

- 3–4 years leadership experience required
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate medical coding (ICD, CPT, HCPCS)
- Handle denial management and coding audits
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations & coding guidelines
- Work on specialty-specific coding (HCC, Radiology, Surgery, etc.)
- Collaborate with billing and RCM teams
- Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
