🧪 Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA / IPQA)
- Perform in-process quality checks (IPQA) during manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards
- Review batch manufacturing records (BMR/BPR)
- Support audits and documentation processes
Quality Control (QC)
- Conduct HPLC analysis and GMP testing
- Perform raw material and finished product testing
- Maintain laboratory instruments and documentation
- Ensure compliance with GLP standards
Manufacturing (OSD)
- Handle tablet/capsule production processes
- Maintain equipment and ensure process efficiency
- Follow safety and quality protocols
Business Development & Admin
- Support domestic marketing and client coordination
- Manage data entry, WordPress updates, and reporting
- Handle office administration tasks
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- QA / QC / IPQA Roles: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Business Development: Any Graduate
- Computer Operator: Knowledge of WordPress & Data Entry
- Admin Staff: 12th Pass / Graduates

💰 Salary Range (Estimated)
- Trainee Roles: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month
