Key Responsibilities

Analytical R&D (AR&D) Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods using HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, KF
• Perform method validation, verification, and transfer activities
• Conduct impurity profiling, stability studies, and analytical troubleshooting
• Prepare analytical reports, validation protocols, and regulatory documentation (ICH/USP/EP)

Process R&D Responsibilities

• Support process development trials and scale-up activities
• Perform reaction monitoring and in-process analysis
• Assist in technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing
• Collaborate with Production, QA, and EHS teams
• Troubleshoot process issues impacting yield, quality, and efficiency

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry
• Experience: 1–5 years in API / Pharma / Specialty Chemicals R&D
• Strong hands-on expertise in HPLC, GC, and analytical instruments
• Knowledge of process chemistry and scale-up is a strong advantage
• Candidates based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate immediately preferred

Skills Required

• Knowledge of ICH, USP, EP guidelines
• Strong documentation & regulatory writing skills
