🧪 Key Responsibilities

Formulation Development (Scientist I)

• Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations (OSD/liquid/injectables as applicable)
• Conduct pre-formulation studies and compatibility testing
• Execute scale-up and technology transfer activities
• Maintain documentation as per cGMP guidelines
• Troubleshoot formulation challenges and improve product stability

Analytical Development Lab (Research Associate – ADL)

• Perform method development and validation (HPLC, GC, UV, etc.)
• Conduct analytical testing of API, RM, and finished products
• Stability studies and impurity profiling
• Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare analytical reports and support regulatory submissions

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Sciences)
• Strong knowledge of formulation development techniques and analytical instruments
• Hands-on experience with method validation, stability studies, and documentation
• Understanding of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines
• Good problem-solving and teamwork skills
