- Maintain compliance with GLP, GMP, and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Skills
- M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech in Biotechnology / Biochemistry or related life sciences
- Hands-on experience in:
- Protein characterization & bioanalytical techniques (3–6 years)
- Bioassays, ELISA, and cell culture (2–4 years)
- Downstream processing & purification (3+ years)
- ADC conjugation and aseptic formulation (3+ years)
- Strong knowledge of biosimilars development and analytical methods
