- Execute API production processes as per GMP guidelines
- Handle batch manufacturing operations, documentation (BMR/BPR)
- Monitor process parameters, equipment, and yield optimization
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Maintain proper shift operations and reporting
- Troubleshoot issues in chemical reactions and production lines
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
