As a Research Associate (Bioanalytical), you will:
- Perform Method Development (MD) / Method Validation (MV) and sample analysis
- Handle plasma sample processing, bulk spiking, and QC procedures
- Ensure compliance with GLP guidelines and lab safety standards
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness and waste management protocols
- Prepare bioanalytical reports, SOPs, and method documentation
- Support BA/BE studies and regulatory processes
🎓 Qualifications & Eligibility
- Education:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm D
- Experience: Freshers or up to 4 years
- Preferred: Basic knowledge of bioanalytical techniques & clinical research
