Key Responsibilities
R&D Officer / Sr. Officer
- Conduct research and development activities for pharmaceutical products
- Perform formulation development and process optimization
- Maintain documentation as per cGMP and regulatory guidelines
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for analytical and validation support
- Ensure compliance with ICH, USFDA, and other regulatory standards
IT Officer / Sr. Officer
- Manage IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations
- Provide technical support to internal teams
- Ensure data security, backup, and system maintenance
- Handle software troubleshooting and ERP systems
- Support digital transformation initiatives within the organization
Qualifications & Skills
- R&D Role:
- M.Sc in Chemistry / Life Sciences
- Hands-on experience in formulation or API R&D
- Knowledge of documentation, validation, and regulatory compliance
- IT Role:
- BCA or equivalent degree
- Experience in system administration, networking, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with pharma IT systems is an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a regulated pharmaceutical environment
