💼 Job Roles & Responsibilities
🔹 Quality Assurance (QA)
- Handle Change Control, CAPA, deviations, investigations
- Manage audit readiness & GMP documentation
- Perform IPQA activities & validation
- Work on APQR & vendor qualification
🔹 Quality Control (QC & Microbiology)
- Conduct Environmental Monitoring, BET, MLT, Sterility testing
- Perform water analysis & stability studies
- Operate instruments: HPLC, GC, Dissolution
- Maintain GLP documentation
🔹 Production (OSD & Injectable)
- Handle granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling
- Work in aseptic & cleanroom operations
- Manage vial washing, autoclave, lyophilization
- Oversee packing & labeling operations
🔹 Warehouse
- Manage RM, PM, FG dispensing & storage
- Work on SAP/ERP systems
- Ensure GMP & GDP compliance
🔹 Engineering
- Maintain HVAC, utilities, water systems
- Handle PLC, SCADA, automation
- Equipment maintenance & troubleshooting
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences)
- Diploma / ITI
- B.E / B.Tech
Experience:
- 2 to 10 Years (depending on role)
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, regulatory compliance
- Experience in OSD / Injectable manufacturing
- Hands-on exposure to analytical instruments & production processes
- Good documentation & audit skills
