🔬 Key Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform routine analysis using instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, and Wet Chemistry
- Conduct stability studies and documentation as per GLP/GMP guidelines
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain proper records, reports, and audit readiness
Research & Development (R&D)
- Support method development and validation
- Assist in formulation development and optimization
- Conduct laboratory experiments and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related life sciences
- Basic understanding of pharma QC instruments and R&D processes
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good documentation and communication abilities
