🧾 Quality Assurance (QA)
- Maintain GMP documentation, SOPs, BMR/BPRS
- Handle CAPA, change control, and audit compliance
- Ensure adherence to GLP/GMP standards
- Support internal and external audits
🧫 Research & Development (R&D)
- Perform microbiological testing and analysis
- Conduct media preparation and validation
- Work on filtration and sterilization processes
- Maintain laboratory documentation and compliance
⚙️ Production Operator
- Operate fermentors, centrifuge, TFF systems
- Handle lyophilizer and RO plant operations
- Monitor manufacturing processes as per GMP guidelines
- Ensure proper equipment handling and safety
