- Perform compounding and filling operations in injectable manufacturing
- Handle batch manufacturing activities as per BMR/BPR
- Operate and maintain manufacturing skid systems
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and sterile production guidelines
- Support microfluidizer and Lupride-based processes
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting
- Follow safety and quality protocols in production areas
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- B.Pharm or ITI in relevant discipline
- Experience in injectable manufacturing (preferred)
- Knowledge of sterile processing, filling, and compounding
- Familiarity with GMP documentation and batch records
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
