Key Responsibilities
For Operator / Sr. Operator
- Perform shop floor activities like filtration, filling, sealing, stoppering
- Handle vial washing, autoclave, garment washing
- Operate equipment for lyophilization and compounding
- Work on ophthalmic and suspension manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines
For Sr. Officer / Sr. Executive
- Supervise injectable production operations
- Oversee filtration, filling, sealing, and lyophilization processes
- Manage QMS activities including documentation and compliance
- Conduct training for shop floor personnel
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (USFDA/MHRA)
Qualifications
- Operator / Sr. Operator:
- B.Sc / ITI / Diploma
- Sr. Officer / Sr. Executive:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
- Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in injectable manufacturing
- Knowledge of aseptic processing & cleanroom practices
- Familiarity with lyophilizers, autoclaves, and filling lines
