🧪 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Quality Assurance (QA)
- Handle QMS activities: deviations, CAPA, change control
- Review BMR/BPR and ensure cGMP compliance
- Support audits and regulatory inspections
✔️ Quality Control (QC)
- Perform analysis using HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR
- Stability testing and documentation as per GLP
- Ensure data integrity and audit readiness
✔️ Microbiology
- Conduct environmental monitoring (EM), MLT, BET
- Perform sterility testing and microbial analysis
- Maintain microbiology lab documentation
✔️ Production (ITI Fresher)
- Assist in manufacturing operations (granulation, compression, coating)
- Follow SOPs and GMP guidelines
- Support batch manufacturing and documentation
🎓 Qualifications Required
- B.Pharm – QA roles
- M.Sc / B.Tech (Biotech) – Microbiology roles
- ITI (Relevant Trade) – Production roles
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and pharma regulatory compliance preferred
