Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Handle QMS activities including CAPA, OOS, OOT investigations
- Prepare and review SOPs, protocols, validation & qualification documents
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Quality Control (QC – Chemical)
- Operate analytical instruments like HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, TOC
- Follow GLP/GDP practices and maintain documentation
- Perform routine and stability analysis
QC (Microbiology)
- Conduct environmental monitoring and water sampling
- Perform Microbial Limit Tests (MLT)
- Maintain microbiological lab records
Production Executive
- Manage production activities in compliance with GMP guidelines
- Ensure smooth operations in dry powder injection manufacturing
Packing Department
- Supervise packing operations and manpower
- Maintain daily production and packing reports
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP and aseptic practices
Qualifications & Experience
- QA / QC / Production Roles: 4–6 years of experience in pharma industry
- Packing: 2–5 years of relevant experience
- QC Microbiology: Fresher to 1 year experience
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, QMS systems
- Experience in dry powder injection (mandatory)
