Key Responsibilities
AR&D & Formulation Development Roles
- Analytical method development and validation for drug substances and drug products
- Forced degradation studies, pH stability studies, hold time studies, and split studies
- Stability sample testing, documentation, and regulatory submission preparation
- Handling investigations through QMS Trackwise including CAPA, LIR, and effectiveness checks
- Review of laboratory data, instrument logbooks, SOPs, protocols, and reports
- Managing stability programs, stability reports, and statistical evaluation reports
- Preparation and review of regulatory submission documents for US and regulated markets
- Expertise in Empower, LIMS, SAP, Lab Solutions, and QMS systems
Engineering & Maintenance Roles
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of OSD formulation equipment
- Handling Tablet Press, Coaters, Encapsulation, Roll Compactors, FBP, RMG, Blenders, VTS/PCC systems
- Maintenance of Bottle and Blister packaging lines
- Electrical maintenance involving HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, UPS, and capacitor panels
- Project documentation, equipment installation, qualification, and QMS activities
- Deviation handling, CAPA implementation, and change control activities
Qualifications Required
AR&D / Formulation Development
- M.Pharm
- B.Pharm
- M.Sc
- Relevant pharmaceutical sciences background
Engineering & Maintenance
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics
Preferred Skills
