Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee in Discovery Chemistry & Analytical Chemistry, candidates will:
- Execute day-to-day research activities in synthetic and analytical chemistry
- Perform 2–3 chemical reactions daily and report findings to the team lead
- Work in the area of Synthetic Chemistry and Organic Chemistry research
- Utilize analytical tools such as NMR, HPLC, and LC-MS
- Conduct structural elucidation and analytical interpretation
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and EHS guidelines
- Maintain accurate experimental records and laboratory documentation
- Collaborate proactively with cross-functional research teams
