Key Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC)
- Operation of GC, HPLC, UV, FTIR, Auto Titrators, and other analytical instruments.
- QC data review and laboratory investigations.
- OOS, incidents, events, and deviation investigations.
- Raw material sampling and testing.
- Method specification review and documentation.
- Instrument qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Compliance with regulatory guidelines and GMP requirements.
- CAPA, change control, and quality management system activities.
- Coordination with QA, RA, and R&D departments.
- Team management and laboratory supervision.
Production
- Batch processing and manufacturing operations.
- Equipment operation and process monitoring.
- BMR documentation and production record maintenance.
- Compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards.
- Shift handling and production activity management.
- Coordination with QA, QC, and Engineering teams.
- SOP adherence and manufacturing compliance.
Required Qualifications
For QC Positions
- Postgraduate degree in Chemistry.
- 10–12 years of API or pharmaceutical QC experience.
- Strong expertise in HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, and analytical techniques.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality systems.
For Production Positions
- B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry or B.Tech/Diploma Chemical Engineering.
- 2–4 years of API pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
