Key Responsibilities
As a Production Executive – Upstream / Downstream, your responsibilities may include:
- Perform upstream and downstream production activities according to SOPs.
- Assist in fermentation, microbial culture handling, and production processes.
- Monitor production parameters and maintain batch records.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams.
- Maintain production equipment cleanliness and documentation.
- Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow company policies related to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm
- M.Sc in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or related disciplines
- B.Tech/M.Tech Biotechnology or equivalent qualification
- 0–2 years of experience in upstream or downstream production operations
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a regulated manufacturing environment
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of fermentation processes
- Understanding of GMP guidelines
