Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to international healthcare services.
- Deliver exceptional customer support by resolving customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.
- Achieve key performance indicators including:
- Call Quality
- Average Handle Time (AHT)
- First Call Resolution (FCR)
- Follow up on pending cases until complete resolution.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess:
- Experience: 0 to 4 years
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good computer and CRM handling skills
- Willingness to work in US Night Shifts
- Flexibility to work on weekends whenever required
- Knowledge of Spanish is an added advantage
