Job Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform HPLC, GC and Wet Laboratory analysis.
- Conduct raw material, in-process and finished product testing.
- Maintain laboratory documentation according to GMP and GLP.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Handle AQA and QMS activities.
- Review batch manufacturing records.
- Conduct deviation investigations and CAPA implementation.
- Ensure documentation complies with GMP standards.
Production
- Execute API manufacturing operations.
- Follow batch manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain production efficiency and safety.
- Ensure quality compliance during manufacturing.
Engineering
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain production equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Educational Qualifications
