Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates for the Macleods Pharma Research Associate / Senior Research Associate PDR position will primarily work on topical formulation development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive the development of high-quality topical and semi-solid dosage forms.
- Conduct comprehensive patent searches and literature surveys to support formulation development.
- Design robust formulation development strategies based on scientific and technical findings.
- Support Product Development Research activities for topical pharmaceutical products.
- Coordinate technology transfer to manufacturing/production sites.
- Support formulation scale-up activities.
- Participate in the preparation and execution of scale-up and exhibit batches.
- Work with relevant cross-functional teams to facilitate successful transfer from development to production.
Qualification and Experience
Candidates should meet the following eligibility criteria:
Educational Qualification: M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in a PDR – Topical department or closely related topical formulation development function.
