Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Ensure GMP compliance across manufacturing operations.
- Review batch manufacturing records.
- Handle deviations, CAPA, change controls, and documentation.
- Conduct internal audits and compliance monitoring.
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Operate analytical instruments as per SOPs.
- Maintain laboratory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
ARD & R&D
- Analytical method development and validation.
- Product development support.
- Stability study activities.
- Documentation and technical reporting.
Production
- Execute manufacturing operations as per SOPs.
- Maintain equipment and production records.
- Follow GMP and safety practices.
- Coordinate with QA and QC teams for smooth production.
