Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Perform accurate HCC medical coding.
- Review clinical documentation for coding compliance.
- Assign diagnosis codes according to coding guidelines.
- Ensure coding accuracy and productivity targets.
- Maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with healthcare providers and internal quality teams.
- Meet turnaround time (TAT) and productivity goals.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Experience in HCC Medical Coding
- HCC Certified Coders should possess at least 1 year of experience
- Non-Certified Coders should possess 9 months or more experience
- Good understanding of ICD coding guidelines
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to work from Chennai
Salary
Based on current market standards, the expected salary is approximately:
₹3.5 LPA – ₹7.5 LPA (depending on certification, experience, interview performance, and company policies).
