1. Technical Assistant / Executive – QA (QMS)
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support Quality Assurance and Quality Management System activities, including:
- Handling Change Control review.
- Conducting cross-functional team (CFT) reviews.
- Ensuring timely closure of Change Controls.
- Tracking Change Control-related action plans.
- Preparing QMS trends for areas such as Change Control and Deviation.
- Supporting monthly management reviews and Corporate Management Review meetings.
- Preparing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for QA and cross-functional departments.
- Participating in investigations of non-conformities.
- Supporting root-cause investigations related to deviations, market complaints, OOS, DOT, and other quality events.
2. Technical Assistant / Executive – QC Stability
Experience: 1 to 5 years
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Key Responsibilities
The QC Stability professional will be responsible for stability sample management and compliance activities, including:
- Receiving, labelling and storing stability samples according to approved protocols.
- Maintaining proper segregation and identification of samples in stability chambers.
- Withdrawing samples according to the approved stability schedule.
- Coordinating with QC teams for stability sample testing.
- Monitoring temperature and relative humidity (RH) of stability chambers.
- Maintaining compliance with cGMP, GDP, ICH, WHO and applicable regulatory requirements.
