Job Responsibilities
As an AR Caller Trainee, selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Communicating with insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.
- Following up on denied or pending claims.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of claim status.
- Coordinating with internal healthcare teams to resolve billing issues.
- Ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Meeting productivity and quality targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Postgraduates are not eligible.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in US Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM).
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
